There are many Vernon Hills homes for sale. One of my favorite neighborhoods in Vernon Hills is the Hawthorn club Subdivision.
Hawthorn Club, an inviting neighborhood with 276 homes was built in the late 1980s and early 1990s. All of the homes are spacious with nice-sized lots At the back of the neighborhood are a number of “estate” homes, larger models built on bigger than average lots. I know of several families who have moved to different homes within Hawthorn Club as their families and housing needs changed.
