Buffalo Grove Resale Shop- Its so Tara
As a Buffalo Grove Realtor, it’s important for me to have helpful tips for my clients when they’re packing up or moving in. One mantra I’ve often heard when cleaning out the bedroom closets is this: If you haven’t worn something in a year, then it’s time to get rid of it. (Although I often have a really hard time with that!)
Closets are full of memories and many people attach a garment to a certain time in their lives (ie: I still have my first business suit from when I was an accountant) and therefore don’t want to part with the particular item, especially if it was over their budget. 
For some of my friends, as I said earlier, if they haven’t worn it in a year then they’re completely ready to donate it or pass it along to a friend if they haven’t worn it.
