The Chicago Northwest Suburbs includes many suburbs as far north as Gurnee, as far west as Wauconda, as far South as Des Plaines, and asfar East as Wheeling…  Once you go West of Milwaukee Avenue, the name changes from the  the Chicago North Suburbs to the Chicago Northwest Suburbs.  Chicago Northwest Suburbs include Buffalo Grove, Long Grove, Vernon Hills, Arlington Heights, Mundelein,  Wheeling, Wauconda,Lindenhurst,Mount Prospect, Gurnee,Palatine, etc.
