Whether you are moving to Buffalo Grove, or Highland Park, we are the realtors that will personally guide you each step of the way.

Each year, many of our clients discover their dream home swiftly, prompting them to clear out a residence they've cherished for three decades in a period of six weeks. The stress they endure during this process is truly significant.

That's precisely why we are launching a series of 15 posts dedicated to guiding you through a well-thought-out plan, ensuring you won't find yourself overwhelmed at the eleventh hour. THE BEST NEWS is that you can do it at your own pace.. Let's make your downsizing move a smooth and stress-free experience!
.
Where should we begin? STEP 1..
Let's start with disposing of paint cans. That's the last thing people think of when they are moving and its a hassle when its left to the day of closing...
If you've found yourself with a collection of leftover paint cans after sprucing up your home, fear not! Let's make the process simple. Our household personally accumulated about 15 cans of paint .. where the paint did not match the current wall colors and it was time to dispose of them.. HERE ARE THE GUIDELINES... if the latex paint cans are totally dry, you can dispose them in the regular trash.. If the paint cans contain paint that is liquid, you can purchase kitty litter and mix it with the paint until it hardens.. This not only makes disposal easier but also ensures an environmentally friendly approach. you can add the tags you want and take out others
